Fordham announced today that Gini Ullery has been hired as head coach of the Rams’ volleyball. Ullery has spent the last seven years as an assistant at Duquesne.
Ullery played collegiately at Pittsburgh, graduating in 2005 with a degree in public service. She was First Team All-Big East in 2004, and a second team pick in 2005.
Ullery replaces Peter Volkert, who resigned in December after nine years at Fordham.
“I’m excited to work with coach Ullery, who brings a wealth of experience with her,” Fordham director of athletics Dave Roach said in a statement. “I look forward to many great years ahead for the Fordham volleyball program.”
