    This was exactly what I needed to read this morning as I was contemplating the whole concept of balance. A cousin of mine asked me a few months ago about how I had come to my goal weight number. I had told her that I had determined that number from when I lost weight over 10 years ago. It may not have been the number that the average person would have thought it should be, but I looked healthy and rook into account the muscle gain from exercise. I knew that if I had lost anymore I would begin to look sickly. So keepin this in mind I chose 130-140. This story reminded me of this exactly when I needed the reminder to find that balance and to aim for your healthy individual weight. Reminds me to be in tune with my body.
