The Class of 2029 Senators of Fordham University United Student Government (USG) election results have been announced. There were 10 candidates total, four of which were write-ins. Fordham College Rose Hill (FCRH) and the Gabelli School of Business (GSB) each school gets two seats and there is one swing seat.
Henry Carstens, FCRH ’29 and Evelyn Maravilla, FCRH ’29 won the FCRH seats. Elijah George, GSB ’29 and Ryan Vijay, GSB ’29 won the GSB seats, with Vijay being a write-in candidate.
Domenick Fedel II, FCRH ’29 won the swing seat.
453 students voted in the election in total. The senators will be inaugurated at the USG meeting tonight, Sept. 18 at 5:30 p.m. in Bepler Commons.
