The Fordham University Campus Activities Board (CAB) announced Natasha Bedingfield as the 2026 Spring Weekend concert headliner and Del Water Gap as the opener.

In their Instagram announcement, CAB detailed that Bedingfield, singer of the popular song “Unwritten,” is a Grammy-nominated artist with 24 million monthly listeners and 3.4 billion streams.

Del Water Gap, a Brooklyn-based indie folk-pop artist, is a solo project singer, songwriter and producer. One of his hit songs is “Ode to a Conversation Stuck in Your Throat.”

The Spring Weekend concert will occur on Martyrs’ Lawn on Saturday, April 25. 

Earlier this school year, CAB shared a survey with students allowing them to express their opinions on which artists they would like to see perform for the 2026 concert. Based on the survey results, students’ suggestions spanned various genres of music: 79% of the suggested artists were pop, 59% were indie rock/pop, 43% were rap and 39% were R&B.

Spring Weekend will occur from April 20-26 and will consist of events, speakers, movies, comedians, artists and more, according to CAB’s Instagram. Students will also have the opportunity to get a Spring Weekend t-shirt by attending any of the events.
